Our founder. Jocelyn Cooley has led people strategy through rapid growth, large-scale acquisitions and transformation for more than 20 years. She was a Chief Human Resources Officer and prior was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Viacom Media Networks (now Paramount Global), and held leadership roles at BET Networks, AOL and Time Warner. She has hired and developed hundreds of senior leaders and serves on the advisory board of Jhpiego, a Johns Hopkins affiliate.
