Cooley Consulting Corp. is a fractional CHRO, advisory and executive search practice for growth-stage companies whose people function has not caught up with the business.

The practice is led by Jocelyn Cooley, former Chief Human Resources Officer at MRC and senior HR leader at Viacom (Paramount Global), Warner and BET. Over her career she has hired more than 500 senior leaders across media, retail and consumer.
